Sightcorp to Exhibit Smart Face Reading Applications at TechCrunch Disrupt London

Sightcorp will be present at the TechCrunch Disrupt event in London on October 20! We will be at the Startup Alley showcasing our latest Face Analysis Technologies, alongside with several exciting smart applications.

Tech Crunch Disrupt is the iconic and leading event for technology startups which combines thought-leader discussions with new innovative products and company launches.

The London event is TechCrunch’s first edition in the UK, and we’re all thrilled being part of it.

Some of the smart applications we will be showcasing are:

  • The Smile Detector, which detects visitors’ mood when in front of the camera and automatically takes a picture once they smile.
  • The Google Glass Application which integrates with our F.A.C.E. API and is able to detect faces, measuring their facial expressions, age and gender. Try the Google Glass for yourself and let it tell you the age or emotional status of the person who is in front of you!
  • A Narrowcasting Application, which adjusts advertising content according to the majority of the gender group of the audience standing in front of the digital screen.


These smart applications are example cases of how companies can use Face Analysis Technologies from Sightcorp to better understand their audience’s behavior and interest, while offering the potential of a unique and more interactive experience to their costumers.


We will be also showcasing live demos of our Face Analysis Technologies both on desktop and mobile platforms: CrowdSight SDK, the crowd face analysis software toolkit, and InSight SDK, the individual face analysis software toolkit, in addition to our new online service, the F.A.C.E. API.
