Partner/Channel Manager

Sightcorp is now looking for dynamic, high performing account executives with 3+ yrs of experience selling technology or software solutions via partner/reseller channels. The ideal candidate has a history of recruiting and onboarding of new partners and creating and maintaining long-lasting and prosperous business relationships.

What You Will Do

  • Evaluate and manage new strategic business opportunities, initiatives, partnerships, and alliances;
  • Recruit, onboard new partners and enable them to generate new opportunities for Sightcorp;
  • Assist partners in broadening their product expertise and sales opportunities;
  • Provide overall relationship management and act as the central point of contact for assigned channel partners;
  • Develop highly productive partner relationships so that partners become self-sufficient in marketing and selling products;
  • Identify, pursue and close upsell and cross sell opportunities to meet annual and quarterly growth targets;
  • When required to bolster pipeline perform outbound sales activities such as lead follow-up, sales qualification and cold calling;
  • Support building of pipeline with partners and work on increasing market share with existing partners;
  • Provide ongoing deal support including pricing requests, resource coordination, and other partner management activities;
  • Escalate and resolve areas of concerns as raised by clients;
  • Work closely with the Sales department on development and execution of sales strategies.
  • What You Bring to the Team

  • 3+ years of B2B international inside sales and account management experience;
  • Experience negotiating OEM and partner contracts;
  • Previously trained in consultative/value-based selling;
  • Ability to communicate value of our software in order to educate partners to do the same;
  • Ability to articulate use cases through a technical demonstration of our solutions;
  • Proven experience building and closing pipeline deals through indirect sales channels;
  • Positioning and demonstrating the value of our solutions to prospective customers;
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills;
  • Technically savvy individual with previous CRM knowledge (Hubspot preferred);
  • Detail-oriented and able to adapt to new processes;
  • Passion/interest in technology and AI is a plus.
