Sales Support Admin

About This Role

Office location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands

Your role will be to assist the sales department in gaining and keeping customers. You will be responsible for administrative duties, prospecting and tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes and sales decks, and enabling the sales and customer service teams. You will also be in charge of monitoring sales and the performance of the sales team, as well as recording sales data. You will also act as the liaison between corporate and the field for the development and roll-out of Salesforce best practices.

What You Will Do:

  • Work with stakeholders to define Salesforce system requirements and customize the platform, enabling our teams to get the most out of Salesforce.
  • Prospect and compile a weekly list of sales leads, delegate leads to the sales department, and provide sales data and guides to the sales department.
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators for sales and staff members, manage sales tracking tools, and compile reports.
  •  

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems and databases. 
  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification is desirable, but not required.
  • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Experience in the restaurant or retail industries is desirable, but not required.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible attitude when assisting different workloads.
  • Fluency in English. Other European languages are a plus.
  •
